Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges at this time. All sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged item or one that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at frothecurls@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

To assist with your inquiry, please include the following in your email:

  • Contact us at frothecurls@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • Photos and a description of the issue.
  • Your order receipt.

Claims

Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We take great care in hand-wrapping each order for shipment; however, we cannot control environmental factors such as temperature during transit, and we are not liable for products that may melt or freeze during delivery. All shipments are handled through third-party carriers.

Claims Policy:

  • All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order. After 72 hours, we will be unable to provide assistance.
  • When submitting a claim, please include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • A photo of the item(s) you received
    • Your order number
    • The tracking number for any returns
    • A description of the issue
    • A photo of the item is required for all claims.

Returns & Replacements:

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be returned to us to receive a replacement. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Damaged items refer to broken packaging only; we do not accept returns for issues related to fragrance or scent.
  • Replacement items will be shipped only once the damaged or incorrect items have been returned. Items returned must be unused and in good condition to qualify for a replacement.
  • Claims must be filed within 72 hours of the original order delivery date. After 72 hours, no further assistance will be provided.
  • This return policy applies only to damaged or incorrect items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

Canceling an Order:

When placing an order please remember all orders are final. Once you have completed the check-out process the items purchased are deducted from the websites inventory. If you discover you have placed an order for the wrong item and request a cancelation for any reason this can offset the entire websites inventory. Please pay close attention to what you are placing in your cart before purchase. Once your order is complete, we are unable to cancel the order.  We appreciate your business and thank you for understanding.

  • Failure to adhere to the policies outlined may result in ineligibility for a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claims we deem illegitimate.
  • We are not liable for products that melt or freeze during transit, as we cannot control the shipping environment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No monetary refunds or exchanges are offered.

Shipping Policies:

  • Order processing takes approximately 1-7 business days from the date it is placed.
  • Once tracking is given, it should update within 72 hours. If it does not updated 72 hours after your shipment date, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
  • Orders will take approximately 5-8 business days to reach their destination.

Mail Fraud:

We take the security of our customers and business seriously. Any attempt to engage in mail fraud, including but not limited to false claims of non-receipt, damaged goods, or chargebacks without valid justification, will not be tolerated.

Fraudulent activity may result in the immediate cancellation of your order, refusal of future transactions, and reporting to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect our business and our customers from fraudulent behavior.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, please contact us directly through the proper channels, and we will be happy to assist you.

Placing multiple fraudulent orders with false or undeliverable addresses is illegal and considered cybercrime, identity theft, and mail fraud. The USPS is a government agency, and repeatedly submitting undeliverable addresses wastes their time and resources. This behavior can lead to criminal charges, including jail time, and authorities can track fraudulent activity using the bank information provided to verify your identity.

All fraudulent orders will be reported directly to the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPSI.gov). No refunds will be issued for fraudulent orders. Additionally, any fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to your bank.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Undeliverable:

If your package is marked as undeliverable by the postal service, it will be returned to the sender. While we understand that occasional errors can happen, we encourage you to carefully review your shipping information during checkout to ensure your package reaches you without issue. If your package is returned to us, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

If you accidentally enter the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all information is accurate. A fee will be applied for creating a new shipping label. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the new label is created, your package will be shipped. If issues persist, we reserve the right to refuse future service. We ask that you carefully review your address details before completing your order. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Keep in mind that all skin types are different, and results may vary. The Founder and Owner of Fro The Curls is not a dermatologist, aesthetician, or cosmetologist.

If you have allergies to essential oils, herbs, vegetables, or nuts, our products may not be suitable for you. All products are made in the same environment, and we advise patch testing if you're concerned about potential allergens.

Are these products FDA approved?

Fro The Curls products are not FDA approved. All health-related benefits of the ingredients listed on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
